Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please keep in mind that when you buy vintage it may not be perfect, but it will be authentic. No returns will be accepted on vintage items, so please be sure to read the description and look through all the photos before committing to a purchase. We are not responsible for any items after they have been shipped. Insurance can be added to your shipment at an additional cost, just let us know before purchasing.

Select exchanges can be made at our discretion if the item is in significantly poorer condition than described. We reserve the right to approve and disapprove which items can be exchanged for store credit only.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or does not arrive at all within the timeframes stated above, please email us as soon as possible at misstashina@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
